Headache Tip

Keeping a Headache Diary is one of the best ways to figure out what is causing your headaches.  Even if you are not planning on seeing a doctor, keeping a log of what you eat, drink, how much you sleep and what you are doing when you get a headache can help you avoid triggers.  I know that my patients hate this suggestion because nobody likes homework and everyone wants a quick solution.  I promise though, it really does work and is worth the effort.
